■ About advance reservations
To avoid congestion and minimize queues caused by a large number of visitors, we will be implementing a safety measure of entry restrictions on some dates, requiring advance reservations (first-come, first-served).
Please check below for the dates available at each venue and the start date for advance reservations.
*Registration will close as soon as the maximum number of participants is reached.
*Membership registration is required on the reservation website, so we recommend registering in advance.
*For dates other than those designated for advance reservations that are expected to be crowded, we may distribute numbered tickets separately.
■Distribution of numbered tickets before opening time on certain dates (Added on 1/29)
To avoid congestion and minimize queue formation due to a large number of customers, we will be distributing numbered tickets at some venues (Fukui venue, Nagoya venue Vol. 2, and Hiroshima venue) as a safety measure.
*For details regarding dates and times, please check the information for each venue below.
*Admission tickets (numbered randomly) will be distributed before the start of business hours.
■Notes regarding the distribution of numbered tickets
Please note that the numbered tickets will be assigned randomly and are not on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please be sure to arrive on time, as we will not be able to give numbered tickets to customers who arrive before the designated distribution time.
Please note that we may stop distributing numbered tickets once we reach our daily capacity for customers.
Please note that depending on the crowd situation and sales conditions, we may distribute numbered tickets outside of the designated distribution dates and times.
・Each numbered ticket is valid for one person.
Preschool children may be accompanied by one adult.
• The numbered ticket is only valid on the day it was distributed.
Please note that you cannot choose your numbered ticket.
Those who have received a numbered ticket may enter the store at the time indicated on the ticket.
• The entry times indicated on the numbered tickets are assigned randomly and not on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be aware that you may have to wait between receiving your ticket and entering the store.
• The entry time indicated on your ticket is your estimated time. Please note that the time may change depending on the crowd situation on the day.
Please note that if you lose your numbered ticket, you will not be allowed to enter the store.
・You cannot receive multiple numbered tickets at once. If you wish to enter the store multiple times, please receive another numbered ticket after leaving the store.
Please refrain from waiting overnight or early in the morning, as this may cause inconvenience to our neighbors.
If you do not observe proper etiquette, the organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to certain customers.
