■Notes when purchasing on EC sites
*We are unable to answer inquiries regarding delivery schedules, etc.
*The deadline for convenience store payments is two days from the date your order is completed.
*Please note that we cannot accept cancellations, returns, changes to payment methods, or changes to products (including quantity) after an order has been completed.
*If the item is returned due to an extended absence, etc., a redelivery fee of 2,000 yen will be charged nationwide. We will not accept cancellations due to the above reasons.

■ Precautions when purchasing at YGEX OFFICIAL SHOP
*When making a purchase, you will need to register as a member (free of charge). To register as a member, please enter your name, email address, gender, date of birth and password. After registering, you will be able to log in with your registered email address and password. Registration may take some time, so we recommend that you register in advance.
*We do not accept reshipment of returned items due to the customer moving, unknown delivery address due to incorrect address input, long-term absence, etc. In accordance with the terms of use, your order will be canceled. Shipping fees, handling fees and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, so we will refund the amount minus the deducted amount to the payment method used.
